Such an amazing experience on my first day in Membrillal clinic.
As a “newbie” it can be a bit overwhelming not knowing what to expect or even do at times. The support of the more seasoned staff certainly helped especially when you felt at a loss on what to do with so many things happening at one time.
What I loved the most was interacting with the families who wait so patiently to be seen by the medical staff and getting to know my team members. I also really enjoyed the community visits to some of the local people who are so welcoming of our team. This type of trip always gives me a greater appreciate for all the blessings in my life.
Thank you Lord for providing this opportunity of service! Annie
Annie, I can already tell that you are a rockstar because you were the first one to write the blog!! I’m impressed! I’m praying for you guys and looking forward to reading the blog every day…. Excited to see what God has in store for this trip, and how He is going to use your skills and talents :)

Wishing I was there with you with all those smiling faces! Annie, I’m praying for you today as you adjust to another day in clinic. We can all understand how overwhelming the first day is, and it sounds like you handled it well! Much love to all my July teamies and the Michigan peeps! I had a dream last night about that chicken and waffles pizza.. no joke! To everyone: Be nice to Shannon. Love you all and praying for God’s Grace and peace to flow through you as you minister to the community of Membrillal.
We are so proud of you Annie for going on this mission to help those in need. So glad for the wonderful medial team you are with.
